Power Cycle & Yoga offers an integrated mix of indoor cycling, yoga, and strength training, so you can build a complete weekly practice in one studio. Every class is taught by a certified coach who fits your bike, cues every pose, and adapts movement to your level. New riders, please arrive 15 minutes early for a complimentary bike fit and orientation.
